We ethically sourced worry stones for you. Choose from one of seven stones that will elevate your vibrations. Put them in your pockets and touch them when you're feeling anxious, or put them on a chakra point on your body while you're meditating.
Each one has an indent to place your thumb and will immediately relax you.

Amethyst: Provides tranquility, balance and peace. It is a serenity stone which can be used to dispel fear and anxiety, bringing emotional stability and strength.
Black Tourmaline: Provides protection and grounding and the removal of unwanted energy.
Moonstone: Soothes emotional instability and stress. It balances emotions, providing calmness.
Tigers Eye: It is used to clear tension and mental blocks, bringing a restorative calm to the mind.
Pyrite: Attracts abundance and alleviates anxiety around your goals. It helps you think creatively to achieve your goals and dreams.
Fluorite: A protective stone and one that helps us to cut through mental clutter.
Sodalite: It is a stone of self-expression and confidence and can aid in issues of self-worth, self-acceptance, and self-esteem.
Worry stones, also called palm stones or thumb stones, are like small, smooth pebbles made from gemstones. They've got a little dent in them, so they're perfect for keeping in your pocket and rubbing whenever you need to relax and de-stress. People use them by holding the stone between their index finger and thumb and just gently sliding their thumb over the stone.
It's all about finding a little comfort and calming yourself down. This tradition goes way back to ancient times in Greece, Tibet, and Ireland, and even in various Native American groups.
Each crystal is tumbled smooth to sit more easily on the body and for use in crystal grids. Your worry stones have been cleansed before shipping, but I recommend you do your own cleanse when you receive them.
Selenite is available ethically sourced and is known for its' crystal cleansing properties. Selenite can also be used for the Crown Chakra, for purifying spaces and raising vibration. You can add one to your kit here.
The sizes of the stones vary, but they are around 1.5". Please note: These are STOCK PHOTOS. Because each stone is created by nature yours will vary in size and characteristics.
