All jewelry must be in the same condition as when it was shipped.
If an item is broken or shows considerable wear, we will consider on a case-by-case basis repairing the item and giving a % credit as an exchange.

Shipping is not included in prices.
$40 covers Fedex shipping and insurance through Malca-Amit.
We can also use your Fedex number but it voids any fault on our part if the package is lost or damaged during shipping.
Orders take 8-10 weeks for delivery.

Opening order is $500 minimum, no minimum on reorders
Once an order is confirmed it can be canceled up to 3 days after placing the order. After that, we charge a 10% re-stocking fee.
All jewelry is made to order, please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery. Let us know if you need a rush before you place your order.
Any invoice discrepancies must be reported to Metalicious within 5 days upon receipt of the order.
Payment is due in full at time of order.

Metalicious guarantees the quality of our jewelry for a period of 1 year. This includes normal wear and usage. All guarantees are void if re-sizing or other alterations are done by companies other than Metalicious.
We reserve the right to determine normal wear and usage.
Please notify us within 7 days of receipt of your order if there are any issues with the jewelry.
In the case that goods are received defective, we will replace the jewelry at no charge provided that we are informed immediately of the problem and the following steps are taken:

Jewelry must be returned in the original packaging, along with a copy of the invoice and a note detailing the defect.
If you have a item that needs to be repaired from a customer or from your own store's inventory, please call us to obtain estimated pricing and a Return Authorization number (RA#): 917-658-6316
The RA# needs to be clearly written on the outside of the package. If a package arrives without an RA# on the outside, it will not be accepted.
Please package the jewelry with care to avoid damage in shipping, preferably in a double boxed package. If a package is delivered to us with obvious damage, we will refuse the package so that an insurance claim may be filed if necessary.
We advise shipping your jewelry with an insured shipper.
When sending a repair, please provide a detailed description of what is wrong with the item. We will email a repair confirmation letter for all repairs to confirm the receipt of the jewelry and a fee assessment for the repair.We will not commence repairs without a signed confirmation. Repairs will be completed 4-5 weeks from the time we receive a signed repair confirmation.
Payment terms for repair charges will be billed via Paypal and will begin after payment is received.
